Factors affecting tourist destination choice: A survey of international travelers to Hanoi, Vietnam. This paper carried out a survey of international tourists who selected Hanoi - Vietnam as their holiday destination and our findings show that brand image and brand loyalty play an important role on tourist’s decision of returning or recommendation to others while brand awareness and quality have no impact.

The objectives of this study: to prove that the adapted SERVQUAL model can be applied to measure the service quality, compare guests‟ expectation and perceptions on service quality of business hotels and indicate the priority service quality dimension based on the business hotels guest‟s expectations and perceptions. The study‟s output can be used by the hotel managers as a guideline to improve service quality of the hotel.

The relationship between tourism development and economic development has been long determined and measured. This paper primarily aims to measure this relationship in ASEAN countries in the 2001- 2009 period. The result indicates that tourism development has a positive effect on economic development, specifically increasing per capita income.
